The LUCIEN chalet is located in Saint Jean de Belleville, a small, quiet village 6km from Saint Martin de Belleville, a 9-minute drive from the first ski lifts providing access to the resorts of Saint-Martin, Les Menuires, Val Thorens and Les Trois Vallées.
The chalet is completely new and designed exclusively for families with children. I provide a garage and sheets.
On the first level: two adult bedrooms (including a master suite with shower room) and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed, a bathroom,
Upstairs, a very large living room with terrace and view of Cime Caron, a fitted kitchen with a central island for aperitifs and family meals. This authentic room is very pleasant with a nice height under the roof. On the ground floor, a 6-person spa very popular with customers. The chalet is equipped with Wi-Fi.
Rentals can be made from Sunday to Sunday if you wish. For the terms, if you are interested I will send you a contract that you will return to me signed with 30% deposit, I also need to know your age as well as that of the children.
